Celebrating 20^th Work Anniversary:

Daniel Sullivan – Maintenance Technician, Peterborough, NH

Dan’s Favorite aspect of CP – “Easily, it's the people in the office that make my job easy. so friendly and helpful. They feel more like friends than coworkers.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP - “My favorite building is the Depot Square Complex, where some of my tenants have been here close to 20 years. Once again, they are more like friends. Some I see socially. I have to add that working with Cy Gregg, the property owner, has been a great experience and pleasure. For over 20 years, I have had the blessing of looking forward to going to work in the morning.”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “Outside of work I Golf and exercise. I also love doing home projects.”

Celebrating 10^th Work Anniversary:

Sharon Breighner, Vice President of the Residential Division, Exeter, NH

Shree’s Favorite Aspect of CP – “My favorite aspect about working at CP is definitely the people and my team. Everyone has always been so friendly, kind, and helpful. I love that we are a professional company, but it still feels like a family.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “There have been so many, but I’d have to say The 903 in Providence, RI. It always has a happy environment and because it is established, the grounds always look so pretty.”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “Spending anytime at the ocean, boating, running on the beach, it’s my happy place and spending time with my children, Alli and Jack.”

Celebrating 5^th Work Anniversary:

Asia Connors, Director of Marketing, Exeter, NH

Asia’s Favorite Aspect of CP – “My favorite aspects about working at CP has always been the people. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. My team has become an extended circle of close friends. It truly makes coming to work very enjoyable.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “Currently my favorite building is The Residences at Edgebrook. I love all of our new construction and lease-up properties. It is very cool to work on a project and see it come to life from a set of blueprints I received a year ago. The Residences at Edgebrook is now the sixth new construction that I have had a privilege of working on.”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters. We enjoy hiking together and spending as much time in nature as we can. Live music and the beach are also high on my list!”

We would also like to congratulate Kelly Ramsdell on her 15^th year work anniversary, as well as Keith Rowe and Sean Moulton, who are celebrating 5 years with CP Management this year!
