During the 2022 Landscaping Awards competition, seven properties in the CP Management portfolio were entered by their property managers to be judged. These included commercial, multifamily, and residential condominium properties. Towards the end of summer, during a two-week span, three judges visited the properties and rated the curb appeal, design, tidiness, grass, plant choice and overall landscaping maintenance.
Throughout the year, CP Management’s property managers take pride in upkeeping the exterior of their properties. Landscaping is very important to our teams, and CP Management would like to take a moment and congratulate the 2022 Landscaping Award Winners.
First Place goes to The 903 Condominium located in Providence, RI! This residential property is made up of 330 condominiums and can be found in the center of the city. With pristine grass and blooming canna lilies, The 903 offers an inviting welcome to all visitors. The meticulously maintained courtyards filled with impatiens, vinca and day lilies, create colorful oases for the residents. Congratulations to landscaping company Proscape New England for maintaining the beautiful grounds at this property.
Second Place goes to The Residences at Sundial Center, located in Manchester, NH! The Residences at Sundial is a unique property that is made up of two buildings and is comprised of both commercial spaces and a 137 multi-family apartment community. Driving up to the property, you are greeted with meticulously maintained grass, and beautiful flower beds filled with mums and red fountain grasses to add dimension and height. Thoughtful white dogwood is planted against the building, with young trees in full bloom trickled throughout the property. Third Place goes to The Edgebrook Residences, located in Merrimack, NH! This brand-new multi-family apartment community has 232 apartments comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. This property recently opened and is currently leasing both market rate apartment buildings along with an active 55+ community building. Throughout the property the lush grass creates a serene ambiance, and the buildings are decorated with inkberry bushes, sweet pepperbushes, and flowering dogwoods. Thank you to Lynch’s Landscaping for maintaining their thoughtful design and beautiful maintenance of The Edgebrook Residences.
