2021 marked 35 years of business for CP Management and as the new year begins CP is taking a moment to reflect on their accomplishments throughout the year.
CP continues to be blessed with loyal and charitable employees that provide great service for both clients and tenants. In 2021 seven CP employees celebrated an anniversary with an increment of five years, from 5 all the way to 30+ years! 2021 was also the 20th year anniversary of ownership by President James Horne. Employees organized and sponsored multiple charitable endeavors throughout the year including but not limited to The Special Olympics Penguin Plunge, Veterans Count Golf Tournament and Thanksgiving Food Baskets for The Liberty House.
A dozen new properties came under CP management during 2021 that included a variety of locations, building types, and management needs. Commercial properties added include retail, industrial and office condominiums. Multifamily apartment buildings as well as both townhouse and garden style condominiums were added to the residential portfolio. New properties are located in three states including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Detail on recent properties added in the fourth quarter is below:
Park Row West – Providence, RI – 96-unit multifamily building in the heart of downtown. Most recently the property was rented as housing by a local college, but it is currently vacant. CP is leading a renovation of the property and will then have an on-site team lease the units.
41 Simon – Nashua, NH -70,000+ square foot industrial building in commercial park. 10+ tenants occupy varying amounts of space.
Westerly Condominium - Portsmouth, NH – Newly built luxury residential condominium. 48 units are split over two buildings and surrounded by pristine grounds.
180 Daggett – West Springfield, MA - 20,000+ square foot medical office building. This class A space is currently occupied by an eye care center.
