We at CP Management take pride in our team’s expertise, creativity, and passion for turning outdoor spaces into places of beauty and tranquility. These awards are a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication, and it motivates us to continue pushing the boundaries of outdoor design and landscaping. Judges visited eight properties and rated the curb appeal, design, tidiness, grass, plant choice, and maintenance. The results are in.

First place - The Edgebrook Residences located in Merrimack, NH! This residential property is made up of 232 apartments, comprised of studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments. The property opened in the early Summer of 2022 offering market rate apartments along with a 55+ community building. This property’s lush greenery, meticulously maintained flower beds, and outstanding outdoor amenities made it stand out this year! The buildings are decorated with inkberry, sweet pepper, and flowering dogwood bushes. Thank you, Alliance Landscaping, for providing the extraordinary design and maintaining the beautiful curb appeal throughout the property.
Second place - Village at Sterling Hill in Exeter, NH! This active adult community with 120 condominiums surprised judges at every turn. The landscape at the Village at Sterling Hill is a testament to our commitment to creating stunning outdoor spaces that captivate the senses. Beautiful flowers and tall grasses can be found throughout the property. Thank you, Outdoor Pride Landscaping Inc., for your thoughtful design as well as creating a sustainable and inviting landscape.
Third place - The Residences at Sundial Center in Manchester, NH! This unique property is made up of two buildings and is comprised of both commercial spaces and a 137 multi-family apartment community. Alliance Landscaping deserves a shoutout for their meticulous attention to detail and innovative design at Sundial Center. Festive mums, haystacks, and even scarecrows can be found throughout the property to add to the property’s inviting and vibrant atmosphere.
