Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator is a customer service position, and is the point of contact most frequently communicating with managers, technicians, tenants, and vendors.


The Administrative Coordinator is a key player on the Management Team; by supporting the Field Technicians and Property Managers the Coordinator helps to ensure we are providing superior service to our clients and tenants.

The Administrative Coordinator is a customer service position, and is the point of contact most frequently communicating with managers, technicians, tenants, and vendors.

The Administrative Coordinator must possess the drive to learn and succeed, and must take the initiative to handle the task at hand. They must take pride in their work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

a) Administration of portfolio maintenance tasks – Relationship management with tenants/vendors/clients/technicians, answering phones and phone interaction, effective email communication, identifying callers maintenance needs, inputting and scheduling work orders, and follow up

b) Maintaining Property Records. Maintaining and monitoring work order system(s). Filing service related reports using the company’s filing system. Ensuring files are up to date with necessary service/inspection reports. Managing and monitoring task calendars to ensure work is on schedule.

c) Providing a high level of customer service though communication with tenants, clients, vendors and work with the management team on relationship management to maintain positive relationship and experience by all.

d) Other tasks as required by Property Manager

The Administrative Coordinator will primarily work out of the Manchester NH office. Office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm.

EDUCATION: A high school education or equivalent is required

Previous knowledge and experience performing these tasks is preferred. Attractive compensation package commensurate to experience. Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Time. Health plan and other benefits.
